I think some players that got snubbed are Henrik Lundqvuist, Pascal Leclaire, Ray Whitney, Zach Parise, Wade Redden, Joe Corvo, Paul Ranger, Brent Burns, and Kristian Huselias.

I agree that each team should be represented because that brings in fans from every team and the all-star game is really for the fans with the skills competition and everything, although I can think of reasons why the all-star roster should be different then the players allowed to compete in the skills competition because you'd rather see someone like Sheldon Souray in the hardest shot competition then some of the players who will end up doing it.
