Alexander shouldn't even be considered in this. With a broken wrist and loosing the blocking full back he is useless. Randle El is almost worth it but with Roy Williams and Santonio Holmes as your other WRs I wouldn't do the trade.

Look at it this way: You'll be swapping Lynch for Alexander, which is a downgrade. And to make up for that you'll be getting Randle-el. Now, who will you bench to star Randle-el? Mason? Williams? Alexander? So basically you're getting another bench player and downgrading a starter. This offer doesn't help you.
