one area of the game that i really have trouble figurin out is the induvidual training!
well look at the young players in computer teams, they develop min 15% per year. (look at vincent kompany, samir nasri at the end of each season)
in my case the best success ive had is with charles n'zogbia whose developed 6% in a year. in my team.
So i found a solution, i loan out my young player and he comes back a pr0digy!
If any of you guys have found a way to develop your young talent at a blistering pace do let me no.

just play him more in season.but i have switched to fifa 08 it's very difficult moreover in manager mode you can set training session between matches which help develop platers more even if u don't play them.
i prefer you to change tour team to liverpool from newcastle.
